The Davis Center Is Open!

The New Davis Center
The Davis Center, a new year-round destination for recreation, nature, and community connection at the Harlem Meer, opened on April 26th. It stands in place of the old Lasker Rink and Pool, at the east edge of Central Park.
With a state-of-the-art pool, an ice rink, and multi-use turf field for the different seasons, the Davis Center offers year-round programming, including fitness and wellness activities, cultural events, and youth programs. Visitors can explore the restored shoreline of the Harlem Meer, gather in beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, and participate in free or low-cost activities for all ages.
Located in Central Park’s north end, the Davis Center restores access to a vital landscape while ensuring that every New Yorker can enjoy a welcoming and inclusive space. (ER)
