To The Bronx
The MTA bridge that takes trains running up Park Avenue into The Bronx, has been in service since 1954:
Previous iterations of the bridge look less familiar:
The image above shows the 1867 bridge (the right-hand side bridge with the one tall tower) being replaced with a new 1891 bridge. When this 1891 bridge was completed, it looked like this:
and remained until the 1954 bridge replaced it.
