Charles B. Rangel; an Angel of Harlem

 Harlem recognizes the life and legacy of the late distinguished Congress member Charles Rangel.

Having been to Harlem a pillar within the community advocating for political leverage to prioritize the rights and liberties of the communities he served Charles Rangel’s legacy will continue echoing through Harlem.

Charles Rangel transitioned at the extraordinary age of 92 years mature accomplished major congressional accreditations.

His impact, undeniable, the first African American chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee a highly coveted position.

Congressman Charles B. Rangel is known to have championed programs to aid the poor, & opposed interventionist military policies, including the 2003 invasion of Iraq amongst a plethora of other accomplishments within the political arena/governmental sector.

 Gladiator indeed he was and exclusively cultivated in New York… Harlem.
