Filming in Harlem
Look out for the parking signs
Filming in NYC is as common as parades in NYC, except it’s not always widely advertised in advance. Unless, that is, if you’re paying attention to the signs on the parking poles.
Godfather of Harlem was fimling a scene on a hot, sweltering, and humid day a week ago. While it’s not yet known how the long or how pivotal the scene will be the production started overnight and wrapped up by the late afternoon the following day.

And if you want to know what else is/may be filming near your neighborhood or one in NYC, below is a list of helpful reference points:
What's Filming Now: A live-feed social media app by On Location Tours that shows where movies and TV shows are being filmed in real-time
OLV: A Twitter account that shares daily information about TV and movie filming locations around the world
NYC Open Data: A website that provides information on film permits
Now Filming In NYC: An Instagram account
