On Wednesday, November 13th, 2024, Patrol Borough Manhattan North, in partnership with Community Affairs, is hosting a senior dinner for the senior citizen residents (60+) of Manhattan North. The dinner will take place at the PAL Center at 441 Manhattan Avenue from 5pm - 8pm.
Dinner will begin at 5 PM, followed by raffles, gifts, and prizes. Complementary makeup will be available to attendees that arrive by 4 PM. We are also providing transportation to and from the event if needed but spots are limited. If you know any seniors that would be interested in this wonderful event please reach out to Officer Cosme, Officer Ryan and myself to sign up. FROM THE MOUNTAINTOP Sunday, November 10th we’re gathering at The Acropolis in Marcus Garvey Park to rejuvenate and reinvigorate the community post-election. With spoken word, live jazz music, and a maker’s market we’re uniting to celebrate life & liberty. This multigenerational gathering will not only welcome the Fall but will be one of the first live activations at the Acropolis. Join us on The Mountaintop for an afternoon of programming meant to feed the soul and lift the spirit! Co-sponsored by the Marcus Garvey Park Alliance and The Soapbox Presents.
