On Sun. April 14th, Parks will be hosting the 3rd  Annual Jackie Robinson Day Festival from 12-4 pm. This free, family friendly event commemorates the legacy of the famed baseball player, including his passions for sports and recreation, jazz, and the community of Harlem.

Activities include:

  • Baseball clinics and games

  • Soccer programming

  • Jumbo games

  • Arts and crafts

  • Live music and performances

  • Local food trucks

  • Information from community organizations

We are calling for volunteers for the event. Volunteers will have the opportunity to help with a cleanup along 145 Street and Edgecombe from 10 am - 12 pm or help Parks support the event throughout the day.
