It’s time to tell New York State and City that their response to community concerns about the impact of oversaturation on public safety and health concerns is simply inadequate.

New Residential Coming to Madison/126
Introducing 1975 Madison— a 100,000 square foot, 97-unit mixed-use residential community located in Central Harlem, NYC. The new residential development features a gabled columnar design and earth-toned hues that pays homage to the architectural tradition of the neighborhood. A public community space on the ground floor furthers the connection to Harlem residents and the neighborhood, and 30 of the residential units are designated affordable. 1975 Madison will offer a variety of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts suited with best-in-class amenities and residents will have access to a fitness center, meditation courtyard, bike room, pet spa, co-working space, residents’ lounge, and garage parking. The building will also have an expansive rooftop with skyline views complete with multiple grilling stations, lounge areas, and private greenspace. The site is in proximity to a wide array of public transit options, providing easy access to Midtown and Downtown Manhattan, Penn Station, Grand Central Station, and more. In a neighborhood seeing robust demand, the project will create new housing opportunities for residents seeking accommodation in the dynamic and growing submarket of Central Harlem. 1975 Madison will provide an accessible, more affordable space for those who want to live in a bustling neighborhood, only minutes away from all the city has to offer. Developed by Davis, designed by DXA Studio and constructed by Broadway Construction Group, the project is expected to deliver in Q4 2025.
